- 38% of UK pupils aged 9-19 year olds never questioned the accuracy of online information and only 10% said they were skeptical of it.
- 68% of 9-19 year olds who went online regularly had not been given any guidance about how to judge the accuracy of online information.
I think that the percentages would be a little higher because most people will just think the internet is correct and not bother checking another source to see if their information is correct that they have been give.
